Borrowing keeps occasional tools from being bought by every household. The duty is to return the same item on time and to describe any change in condition.

Direct answer Photograph condition before lending, state the use and return date when you request, and return the same item. Damage, loss or a missing return is settled offline. LoopSwap does not hold deposits or pay compensation.

If you lend Confirm the item is fit for someone else to use. For kids’ goods, electronics and sports gear, list known limits. After the return date the current product can send an in-app reminder. The request does not automatically become an “overdue” legal status.

If you borrow Only borrow what you can return on time. Do not pass the item to a third person. Mention new wear when you return it.

What the product can do It offers a borrow mode, a return-date field, messages and dispute records. It cannot collect the item or freeze money.

Limits Any checklist here is a communication aid, not a legally verified contract for every country.
