Using the product safely

Read Help and safety first. Meet in a public place. Do not send exact addresses, ID numbers, or payment links. Ignore any message that asks you to transfer money.

Email

For account, privacy, review, or partnership questions, write to sellosfeng@airta.cn. Include your sign-in email or display name, when the issue happened, and a screenshot. We reply by email and do not offer live phone support.

Reports, blocks, and disputes

Use report, block, or dispute on a listing, chat, or request if you see harassment, a false listing, or a no-show. You will get an in-app notice when staff decide.

How to delete your account

Sign in, open Me, choose Request account deletion, and confirm. The same control is on the website, app, and mini program. You can export your data first. Deletion signs you out immediately.
