Loop Market does not handle cash, deposits, or platform shipping. Meetups and parcels are arranged by the two users.

Meetup and shipping safety

Meet in a busy public place. Do not send exact addresses, ID numbers, or payment links. For self-shipping, only record a tracking number. The platform will not place carrier orders or collect money.

Photos and publishing

Photos are optional, up to 12. Real photos of condition and accessories help. You can still publish with none. Location and other photo metadata are stripped on upload. Do not upload other people’s private images or prohibited content. Rejected images stay off the public page.

Publishing rules

Do not list illegal, dangerous, infringing, or false items. You must accept the statement before publishing. Staff may remove listings and act on accounts. The platform does not collect money or pay compensation.

Borrowing and returns

A borrow needs an agreed return date. Past-due borrows get an in-app reminder; the request status does not become “overdue”. You can renew or both confirm the return.

Damage, loss, and compensation

If an item is damaged, lost, or not returned after a meetup or self-shipment, the two users settle it offline. The platform does not collect deposits, hold funds, set a payout amount, or provide insurance. You can open a dispute to leave a record; staff will not collect or pay money for either side.

Reports and disputes

Use report or dispute for harassment, false listings, or no-shows. You will be notified when staff decide. Do not keep arguing in chat.

What this platform does not do

There is no wallet, payment, deposit escrow, or live carrier booking. Ignore any message that asks you to transfer money.
