Loop Market (loopswap.cn) explains how we collect, use, and protect your information. Using the website, native app, or WeChat mini program means you have read this policy.

Who we are

This service is operated as Loop Market and covers loopswap.cn, the native app, and the WeChat mini program. We do not offer a separate service for young children. This policy applies to information created when you register, browse, publish, request, chat, or manage your account.

Information we collect

Account: email and password hash, display name, bio, country or region, city or area, time zone, and interface language. WeChat mini-program sign-in may collect a phone number after you authorize WeChat, so we can create or link an account. Content: listing text and photos, request notes, chat and call signaling, reviews, reports, and disputes. Usage: login sessions, browsing history, notification preferences, and block lists. Precise location is hidden by default. Location is optional; you can still browse by city or area if you decline. We do not collect cards, wallets, or payment details because the platform never takes money.

How we use information

We use it to create and maintain your account, show public profiles, match item circulation, send in-app notices you enabled, review prohibited content, keep the service safe, and fulfill export or deletion requests. We do not sell your information to advertisers.

How we share information

Other users only see the profile you publish, open listings, and messages you send. Staff may review related records when handling reports, disputes, or moderation. We share the minimum needed with service providers, or when required by law. We do not sell personal information.

Location and photos

Exact coordinates and street addresses are not accepted as public data. Use a city or area. Photos are optional, up to 12. Location and other photo metadata are stripped on upload. Rejected images stay off the public page.

How long we keep data

Account data is kept while the account is active. After deactivation you cannot sign in, and public content is hidden or removed under product rules. After you request deletion, we delete or anonymize personal data within a reasonable period, except records we must keep by law. Chat, request, and moderation records may be kept for a shorter or longer necessary period for safety and disputes.

Your rights

In Me you can update your profile, export your data, deactivate the account, or request deletion. The deletion control is available on the website, app, and mini program; you do not need to email us first. You may also write to sellosfeng@airta.cn about progress.

Children

This service is not directed at children under 13. If we find such an account, we will disable it and delete related data. Minors should use the service with a guardian’s consent.

Security

We protect accounts with session tokens, password hashing, and access control. No system is perfectly secure. Servers run in the environment that hosts the site you visit. We do not use data for purposes not described here.
