Terms of Use

The service
Loop Market helps neighbors give away, swap, or borrow unused items. The platform does not handle cash, deposits, wallets, or carrier booking. Meetups, parcels, damage, and loss are arranged by the two users.
Accounts
You must provide a real, usable sign-in method and are responsible for activity on the account. Do not let others use the account for prohibited activity. We may limit, deactivate, or delete an account for safety, moderation, or legal reasons.
Publishing and chat
You are responsible for listings, photos, and messages. Do not post illegal, dangerous, infringing, false, or private content. You must accept the honesty statement before publishing. Staff may remove content and act on accounts. The platform does not collect money or pay compensation.
Circulation and liability
Requests, handoffs, and returns are completed by users. Damage, loss, or a missing return is settled offline. The platform does not collect deposits, set a payout, or provide insurance. A dispute only leaves a record for review; it does not create a platform payout.
Prohibited conduct
Do not harass, defraud, ask for transfers, evade review, scrape at scale, disrupt the service, or use the platform for cash sales. We may remove content, limit features, or close the account.
Deactivation and deletion
You may deactivate or request deletion at any time from Me. A deletion request signs you out and starts the deletion process. You may also write to sellosfeng@airta.cn about progress.
Changes
We may update these terms and will post the date on this page. We will try to highlight material changes in the product. If you disagree, stop using the service and request deletion. The service is primarily for users in mainland China; the Simplified Chinese text prevails if versions differ.
