How to Agree on Swap Conditions

Fair swap conditions are not about who “won”. They are about both people knowing what they will receive, when they will meet, and what happens if a part is missing.

Direct answer Confirm in chat: condition versus photos, accessories, an in-person look if needed, and how to cancel. Do not treat LoopSwap as a court or a payment agent.

Put these in the thread - Visible defects on both items. - Whether you can inspect before you commit. - Time, a public place, and whether anyone else will join. - How to reschedule if one person cannot make it.

Leave these out Do not agree to send a cash top-up through LoopSwap. Do not demand ID photos. Do not pressure the other person with “you must swap”.

Product boundary After a request is accepted you can still add notes in chat. If the item is not as described you can open a dispute for a record. The platform will not price compensation.
